These are some,  but there are much more people that made a difference, but I couldn’t come up with all of them! I guess what I’m trying to say is that anyone can make a difference. It can start by something small, like proposing something, or just sharing with others what you believe is right. This way, people change their opinions, and that is how it all starts. There are just so many people that I admire, I can’t even believe it! One of the people I admire the most is my great-uncle Luis Peréz Goméz. He was Mexican, and he went to the air force in Canada. This was during World War II, and he volunteered to go to the war to help win against Germany. Unfortunately, his airplane was bombed, and he died during the war. What makes him a hero was that he went to the war to help others, and he wasn’t even European, or Canadian. The important thing was that he did it to help others, and even though he couldn’t finish the task, he volunteered. He is one of my heroes. The best part is, we are relatives! This is an example, of those great people we have had in history, and even nowadays. There was a girl that came to talk to our school, and she published her own book, that had stories of 36 different people that helped the Holocaust victims. She believed their stories should be published and she put them all together in a book. This made a great impact on me, because I never thought a 13 year old girl could be able to publish something like that! That was what really inspired this post. Anyone can make a difference. You can. I can. So why don’t we try to make the world different?
